Reconnect Retreat
29 – 31 July 2026 · Byron Bay Hinterland
You don't have to be at a breaking point to deserve a reset.
The Reconnect Retreat is two nights of genuine rest, deep nourishment, and real connection in the Byron Bay Hinterland. A carefully held space to slow down, be supported, and remember what it feels like to exhale.
Elise Ottaway and Sharon Fennell have teamed up to create something that's been years in the making — weaving together yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, nervous system regulation, and mental health support into two nights that work on every level. Body, mind, and everything in between.
If you've been craving a reset, or this has found you at the right time — we'd love to have you with us.
