Leadership Development Trainings
Confident, clear and boundaried conversations around mental health.
More is being asked of leaders than ever before. They are expected to manage performance, navigate complex human dynamics, and respond to mental health challenges — often without clarity on what they should say, how to act, or when to refer for professional support. Mental Health Mojo’s Leadership Development Training (LDT) gives leaders the confidence, frameworks, and practical tools to engage in these conversations safely, professionally, and effectively — while maintaining clear boundaries and supporting lasting positive change.
Training focus areas:

-
Understanding the mental health landscape and common workplace presentations
-
Distinguishing diagnosed and undiagnosed concerns
-
Managing personal bias and emotional reactions
-
Approaching difficult conversations with care, clarity, and accountability
-
Knowing when and how to refer to specialist support
-
Effective documentation and reducing organisational risk
How it works
Delivered onsite in half-day or full-day formats, this training blends theory with applied, experiential learning. Leaders practice real-world conversations through role-play and scenario work, building confidence and practical skills they can immediately apply. Optional follow-up supervision is available to embed learning and support ongoing application.
Access options
-
Face-to-face, interactive training
-
Small group or leadership team sessions
-
Follow-up supervision for real-world support
